Near to a few metro stations which one of them is only 1 stop away from Tokyo Station. Rico convenience store just opposite. 24 hours ramen store nearby . Apartment was 32sm and considered ok for a family of 4, including 2 kids. Mini kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooker and kettle. Instant coffee packs are available free at reception. Washing machine came with laundry detergent pack (Free at reception) but I brought my laundry capsules. Washed once but dryer did not work very well and went through 1 more round of drying. Suggest to bring own laundry bags. Quite a comfortable stay, except 1 small pillow each which was not that comfortable. Toothbrushes, brush, hair tie and cotton pad/ buds are available for free at reception if you need.

The hotel need around 10 minutes walking distance to Hatchobori station. Environment is good, just can’t find much eating places nearby hotel for my kids
