A nice clean hotel that is very well located opposite the train station and just a 10-15 minute walk to Petit France and the cathedral.

Very well located if you are coming by train. It’s fairly close to the centre. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was basic, the toilet is tinny and it’s a walking shower with curtain … for me that was dissatisfying, there was water everywhere after shower. The room has carpet which I am not a big fan of… the bed was comfortable but in the morning there was quite a lot of noise from the cleaners.

Fabulous 2 night stay in cosy and trendy room. Good air conditioning and facilities. Selection of free hot drinks and fresh water downstairs. Plus a bar. Unique, stylish and conveniently situated near the station, quirky interior design and massive screen television in foyer and very polite and helpful staff. Relaxing and peaceful during my stay. Very good value for money; immaculate rooms and public areas.

The property is very convenient to the train station. Clean. Large room. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was worth the price. We stayed in the "chamber" area of the hotel, but did not feel isolated from the main hotel. If going back, this would definitely be a hotel we would consider, The selection of food nearby was slightly limited.

We always have a wonderful time at the Arok. Ideally placed just outside of the station, it has always been exactly what we needed from a stay in Strasbourg. The rooms are always very clean and a decent size for the location. We like the little arty touches too.

This hotel is incredibly convenient to the train station. In spite of this, it’s very quiet at night. The staff are very welcoming and the building is modernized and well decorated. There is a nice breakfast and a bar where you can get drinks and coffee. For travelers with accessibility needs I would note a few things: 1) The elevator is an angular shape with separate doors for the lobby and room floors, and you need to push/pull an exterior door open for room floors, which may be hard for wheelchair users. 2) The bathrooms are fairly small and may also be unsuitable for those with mobility issues, though I was not specifically in an accessible room. 3) They seem to use a cinnamon/clove-like room scent, which I enjoyed but which some guests might be sensitive to.

Well positioned near the station and local restaurants/bars

Location near the train station yet very walkable to the center was practical. Very lovely breakfast. Really liked the available luggage locker room. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.
