Top hotel in an excellent location for walking, shopping, dining, meeting for tours. Staff wonderful. Comfortable room with cleaning service twice a day Did not partake in their restaurant but bar area was fun and friendly, and not too crowded. Ivan is quite an artist with making drinks. Breakfast was nice although not many vegan options. I would stay here again anytime.

Great This is a great hotel located in the center of Genoa. You can walk from the train station but if you have luggage, you’ll need a taxi. There are plenty waiting outside.
I really enjoyed this hotel except for the fact that you cannot have use of a steamer should you needed. In addition it would be really more aesthetically pleasing if they would remove the bins in the hallways next to the stairs. It really is unslightly. Even if they put a cover over them. It’s such an elegant building so it’s quite a surprise to see it on every floor. The breakfast is really lovely. Rooms are a nice size and the air-conditioning works brilliantly. The location of this hotel is brilliant for walking to the sites and there are plenty of fantastic restaurants all around.

Fantastic The star of this hotel is the incredible architecture, but the staff were also remarkable. The location is very convenient. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic Good hotel, very helpful staff, many thanks to them for helping extend our stay. Air conditioning works well and is controllable. Fabric of the hotel needs a bit of attention, the floor of our room was gouged, and sink a bit temperamental, wardrobe was small. Nothing too serious. Hotel location good and central. it’s near the metro and bus stops. And next to concert hall. Fabulous palaces nearby. Hope the Genoa council bans polluting vehicles from city - air quality on streets must improve!

Great We loved this hotel. We were checked in by a very delightful young woman who welcomed us so warmly. We had a large room on the 6th floor.
Our room was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We had a little balcony which we enjoyed looking out at the world below. We had no issue with noise whatsoever.
The breakfast is immense and plentiful. You do have to pay extra if you want porridge or eggs that aren’t scrambled. However, there are cheeses, yoghurts, cereal, pastries, hot dishes, salad items etc to choose from. We sat outside to enjoy our breakfast. The serving staff are very polite and friendly.
The reason I have given it 4 stars is because I needed a steamer for 2 very delicate items I was going to be wearing. I am aware that they have an ironing service that you can send items to housekeeping. However, I was speaking at an event and also going to a special dinner. The items were irreplaceable and very important to me. I simply wanted to use a steamer to ensure the silk items were kept with me. I kindly requested three times on different days for the steamer. One gentleman at the front desk was abrupt and said they only have two in the entire hotel. I felt uncomfortable by his manner. I never got to see the elusive steamer. If you don’t need a steamer you will have a great stay!

Fantastic Lovely midsize luxury hotel in the center of Genoa, convenient to the Old Town and shopping precincts. In a beautiful old palace, the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have amenities like a gym or a pool, but that didn’t matter for us. The staff were all great. We had bicycles and they could not have been nicer about storing them or helping us with them. Breakfast was excellent too.

Fantastic A classic hotel in Genoa - old but really well looked after - walkable to shops, restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, with mini-fridge and a nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast spread was good. No on-site parking, but valet parking is available for a daily fee, and the staff are quite efficient at taking and retrieving your vehicle. Staff were all polite and helpful. We’ve stayed here before and will likely stay here again.
