I was impressed with my stay here. It is close to the airport and conveniently located to walk to Hakata Station. It was a 7-minute walk from Hakata station Chikushi gate. There was a nearby Family Mart. It was along a major road and we often heard cars passing through but this didn’t bother us. It was more spacious than the usual Japanese apartment and the kitchen, toilet had basic amenities. We got our money’s worth!

The accommodation is about 10-20min walk from Hakata Stn. According to the check-in instructions, an email should be sent 24 hrs before arrival, but I did not received one. The main entrance requires a code, and there are two tablets for check-in and contacting staff. Fortunately, another guest entered through the parking-side door, which doesn’t require a code, so I was able to enter that way. Note: the parking entrance closes at 10 PM. At the main entrance, you’ll find instructions posted, along with a contact number and email. Since I didn’t have a local phone number, I emailed them instead, and they replied within 13 minutes. If you don’t receive your check-in details, you can contact them at sg-res-hakata@hotel.inc. Check-in is completed on the tablet, which provides a step-by-step guide, and you’ll need your passport for the process. That was the only issue I experienced. Overall, the room is spacious and comfortble,with a washing machine and balcony for drying clothes.
