Estuve 5 noches en el hotel Sophia en Cartagena con mi esposo. Las instalaciones estaban hermosas la cama súper cómoda y daban ganas de nunca salir de ella. Los desayunos estaban Ricos teníamos varias opciones y lo que más me gustó es que teníamos opciones de la comida típica cartagenera. En la piscina el bar increíble tenían muchos licores y varias opciones. En cuanto a su ubicación fue increíble todas las noches salimos a caminar la ciudad amurallada teníamos una farmacia cerca reaturantes, bares, comida costosa comida económica muchas opciones. De igual forma el restaurante del hotel también tenía muchas opciones deliciosas. Pero sin duda alguna los más hermoso que tiene el hotel es su personal Dani, yulian, Karen, Luis, Evelin Erick y persdon si olvidó algún nombre por q la realidad es que todos fueron increíbles con nosotros. Nos trataron con cariño con respeto con amabilidad fue triste despedirnos. En un próximo viaje seguro este hotel será nuestra opción.

Very charming property, comfortable and firm bed, and good breakfast. However, with the historic charm comes a few downsides- there are several areas that need repair. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Our time at the Sophia Hotel was truly wonderful! Andres was so helpful throughout our stay and was very kind with every question or conversation we had with him. He even managed to get our room upgraded to the rooftop balcony and we absolutely fell in love with that view. On top of that, at the rooftop Yulian was our happy familiar face at the pool and served us amazing drinks along with her very kind demeanor and nice conversations. We will definitely be back and recommend everyone to experience the amazing hospitality we received this trip. Thank you so much!
