This is a gorgeous and very clean hotel. The staff is exceptionally attentive! I have never felt so pampered. Breakfast was delicious. Very family friendly! We will be back.

The staff was cordial and attentive to all our needs. Check in was quick as well as check out. The bars are comfortable and the bartenders personable and masters at making drinks with Mezcal. The restaurant is very good with an extensive menu. The spa was also a highlight while we were there resting.

This place is amazing! The staff are very attentive and I was amazed how welcoming they made us feel. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The pool area was awesome! Great ambiance and again the service was top notch. I used the restroom by the pool. The floors and restroom was super clean. This is my hotel from now on in Oaxaca. You will love it!
