The hotel was a great value. The room was clean and pleasant, staff were friendly and helpful. It’s ideal to be steps from the park entrance. Definitely would recommend for those going to Universal Studios.

Love the accessibility from the hotel to the park. The park was visible from the room. We were with a toddler so we watched the line went in first and made our way and get in immediately and avoided queuing up for hours. If you have a rental car, need to pay parking 1800¥/day.

The location of this hotel is right in front of Universal Studio so it’s only 2-3 min walk out of the hotel. Very convenient and staff are super helpful and friendly. if you are going to Universal Studio with kids, stay at this kids-friendly hotel. And they can also ship your luggage to your next hotel or your desired destination within Japan so you can travel light. I love this hotel!

The sesame street room was amazing and our daughter loved seeing all the characters on the walls. The room was very spacious and the view from the room was awesome. We could see different parts of USJ and the city. We loved that the hotel was right on city walk and we were surrounded by all of the shops, restaurants and Konbinis. What ever we needed was just steps away. USJ was just a couple minutes walk down city walk which was the best part. Staff were really friendly and professional. We will definitely be choosing Kintetsu again the next time we're in Japan and go to USJ.

Thecroom was clean and enough space for two people, price was reasonable too. However, the staff at the reception was very rude, she kept a stink face and just nodded without saying a single word whenever I asked her questions! I didn’t expect this kind of rude service from a four star hotel!

Very smooth check-in, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. The hotel is located in Universal City which is a few meters away from Universal Studios. Very convenient if you plan on going to USJ. We booked 2 nights and didn't regret our choice.

this is a great hotel that is directly on the universal city walk. especially great for young children as the hotel is nicely themed for their age group. rooms were nice and had ample space for a couple med size luggage. no closets.
