Very good customer service! I e mailed the hotel if I can leave my luggage for a week before checking in since I will be going to Nagasaki. The staff at the front desk are friendly especially Mik. Upon checking in my luggage is inside the room already! Highly recommend this manned air bnb. Hassle free checking in unlike most air bnbs without staff. They have free use Yukata & towels daily. Free vitamin drink too. The room is clean, separate toilet & bath with toiletries, a washing machine, kitchen & cooking utensils , microwave & fridge with freezer.
