Great

Bed sheet is duty and no extra pillow provided. I check in noon time and get my room after 19:00. They said they don't have non-smooking room anymore. I did complain and they finally upgrade my room to bigger one non-smooking room. This is good ! The big room is clean with good city view.

Fantastic

It was super well located in Morioka, really close to the center. The entrance was quite old-fashioned, but the rooms were renewed and they were comfortable. The pillow was one of the most comfortable ones I had in a hotel for ages! Also, the staff was really friendly, and some of them could speak English.

Room was clean and staff was great. There is parking onsite for 900 yen (the kind where they store the car for you). Laundry facility is small, only two machines, but there is a coin laundry nearby. Overall, had a good experience!
