Stayed with kids

Lovely hotel in a superb location. The room was very comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to provide welcome gifts for our kids and had their sleeper sofa set up as soon as we checked in. Breakfast was also plentiful with many different options. I do wish the coffee was a little stronger, but everything else was great. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

Room was clean and the stuff friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect with access to city center. Hotel is located right between to water ways so it is beautiful location. Few drunk people around bragging for money. The entrance to the hotel is hard to find if you’re driving as there is a gate you need to press button to open with no big signs. So hard to figure out out how to check inn. Good for a drunk guy that was trying to help out figuring it out to make a $$ for a beer. Parking pretty expensive but convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Gdansk City Center. The rooms were really nice and the hotel is really cool and modern. The location was perfect for easily walking to the city center for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. The unique outer design was easy to spot too, so we kept saying "I see our hotel!" while we were out and about (this was a family trip including a 4 year old). We did not pre-pay for breakfast, but we decided to eat at the hotel on our last morning. It was easy to pay and enjoy the delicious buffet. I hope to visit Gdansk again someday and if I do, I will definitely stay here again.

Great location in the waterfront, two minutes from the entrances to the Old Town and 15min walk from Main Train Station. Perfect location for exploring the city and beyond (Sopot Gdynia Malbork and Westerplatte). Friendly and professional reception staff. Bright, well proportioned modern bedroom with good size bathroom and walk in shower. Recommended
