We had an outstanding stay at The St. Regis Osaka. Beautiful room with stunning views and impeccable attention to detail. The service was truly exceptional, warm, attentive, and consistently above expectations. Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants.
