We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient — close to Wawel Castle and the Jewish district of Kazimierz, which made exploring the city easy.
A special thank you to Paula at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly, although the service in the F&D department was not always very welcoming.
One small downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom/toilet area, similar to a sewage smell.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good value for money. The only disappointment was that, as RR members, we did not receive the benefits we usually get at other hotels within the same group.
