Beautiful and pleasant restaurant for buffer breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy 10 min walk from Dublin center. Taxi easily available if needed.

Julia helped us check in with ease and care! Sandrah helped us locate a rescue inhaler, taxi, and everything in record time and soothed my building anxiety about my forgotten medication!

I booked a stay through Expedia for June 24–30. Since I was arriving at 9:00 a.m. after a long flight from Vancouver, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask if my room could be ready early. The hotel advised that early check-in could not be guaranteed and suggested that I book the previous night if I wanted guaranteed access to a room upon arrival. Following their recommendation, I booked an additional reservation for June 23–24, even though the hotel knew I would not arrive until the morning of June 24. I was also told that both reservations would be linked so I could stay in the same room throughout my visit. When I arrived, the first receptionist told me my reservation had been marked as a no-show and that there were no rooms available. Even after I showed her the Expedia messages explaining the arrangement, she seemed unfamiliar with the situation and was unable to provide a solution. A second receptionist took the time to review the messages, apologized, and worked hard to find a workaround. She offered us complimentary breakfast while we waited, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, even after breakfast the room was still not ready, and we spent several more hours walking around the property before finally checking in. While I appreciate the efforts of the second receptionist, I was disappointed that after paying for an extra night based on the hotel's recommendation, I still had to wait several hours for my room.

I did not go myself, However I sent my wife and she absolutely loved it. Great Staff, Clean Room, No hassle.

One of the newest properties. Service depended upon who was behind the desk…had amazing service ourselves, but observed only OK service for another guest. Family style room was perfect for our family of 2+2.

This is a good place Delta Airlines place their staff here. Easy check in easy check out. If you are thinking ' big elevators 'no they're fast but not spacios

Great location. We were able to check in early which was so nice after a long day traveling.

We quite enjoyed our stay. Bed was lovely, very clean. Coffee shop was not open anytime we were able to use it. Very good stay

Beautiful hotel, clean, kind staff. Large rooms which is not typically the norm in Europe. Quiet, outside the main tourist attractions such as Temple Bar but a quick Uber/taxi ride away. Stayed in Temple bar neighborhood last time and it was very loud all night long so we were happy about the quiet overnight! Full breakfast buffet was 20 euros per person but there were a ton of options and the food was great so that made it worth it.
