the hotel is a good 3 star hotel. it is about 10 mins easy walk from Tamachi station (yamanote line). hotel surrounding is very safe at night. there is a big supermarket nearby, a complex with many restaurants as well as mcd. as for the hotel itself, hotel is a bit old but still ok for a 3 star standard. room is compact but that is expected of tokyo. buffet breakfast selection is decent and more towards healthier side. what i love the most is the hotel surrounding that is very peaceful and beautiful. easy to get to odaiba too. overall this is a good hotel choice.

Great hotel! Area is accessible (within same city as Tokyo Tower; 1 train stop away) and surrounded by lots of convenience store and local restaurants. The amenities are great — lounge, laundry, etc. The staff were very nice and accomodating. The room we booked was enough for 2 persons; not very spacious, but still okay.

It's awesomely quiet and the staff was excellent. The map that shows how to get to their location from Shibaura exit can be improved. The directions are not that clear. On the whole, it was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. :)

this is a good hotel ,from the 3 hotels we stayed throughout the trip this was my favorite.. amenities are good and complete. clean lounge area too.. the rooms are also spacious so children can play

absolutely perfect hotel. While the room is definitely small compared to United States room sizes, I was able to fit in here with 3 large luggage, 2 carryons, and another person. The staff are also incredibly nice and helpful.

the hotel staff are very accomodating. although the room is small, it is very neat and clean. rhey have self laundry and guest lounge at the second floor where you can wait for you laundry. downside is they lack airport to hotel and vice versa transfer service, nonetheless highly recommended hotel
