Fantastic

Stayed with family

We had a great overall experience at Bayview while enduring typhoon Bavi. The staff were excellent in ensuring that we were safe under the conditions. The hotel continued to have power and water during and after the event. They were attentive and accomodating making sure we had clean linens, clean rooms and garbage removed. Nick in Maintenance was efficient in responding to any concerns we had. They offer a wonderful breakfast buffet daily. They extended our stay several days to accommodate us until we moved to our new place. I would highly recommend the Bayview hotel, not just for its accommodations but specifically for their excellent and caring staff.

Stayed with partner

I have 2 sides The check- in process was much too long. There were four customers ahead of me, two were already being helped. It took 43 minutes until it was my turn. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive. Every time the phone rang, they stopped helping customers to answer the long calls. During the typhoon, housekeeping was just excellent, kind and very positive. They helped dry the room quickly.

I stayed last year 2025 and returned 2026. One of the best hotels to include their amazing staff and room service. Definitely will be staying in the near future.
