Fantastic

We love this hotel. It was a bit difficult to find at first but it is quite near the train station. The location is very convenient with shops, restaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets. Items are cheaper at supermarkets. The rooms are clean and towels are changed daily. Rooms are regularly cleaned every Thursday but guest can request rooms to be cleaned. The staff are friendly and professional. The surrounding area of the hotel has a neighborhood feel which adds to the hotel’s appeal. We plan to stay in this hotel when we return to Japan.

We had great stay here, however it is far from Tokyo station and we had to separately purchase ticket for JR when we had Tokyo Metro ticket.

Very close to Shin Koiwa station. The JO line has route going to and from Narita airport. You can use this line if you are on a budget and do not have so much luggage. I recommend this you are coming in or out of Narita after 9PM as the train is no longer crowded. There is a supermarket, convenient stores and even a shopping street.
