We has a laat minute booking with Emion due to plan changed. Staffs were very friendly and they have fixed time shuttle bus to Disneyland & sea.

Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious by Tokyo standards, and they even provide pyjama sets. The hotel also has super convenient amenities like an in-house Family Mart and onsen (though it's worth mentioning that the latter comes with separate charges). The buffet breakfast spread, while a little small, still had a good mix of Western and Japanese dishes. Plus, as a TDR Partner Hotel, it has a free shuttle service taking you to both Disneyland and DisneySea. The only thing I'd take a star away for is the fact that it is quite a bit of a walk (10 mins+) from the Shin Urayasu station, which is the closest the airport limousine can drop you off at if that's how you are going to the hotel. We ended up taking an Uber as we had our luggages with us then. I believe there are a few other Partner Hotels which are actual airport limousine stops, meaning you can be dropped off right at the hotel.

This was our second time visiting this hotel. The staff is wonderful, and it's in a great location. The hotel has a laundromat inside, offers free shuttle buses to and from both Disney parks, and has a Family Mart for all your quick meals. We will be back soon.
