Solo stay

I needed an early check-in, and I had to pay for an upgrade. I don't really know what the upgrade was, as the room was really basic and I didn't see anything different from the one that I booked. Also, I stayed for 2 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned the second day.

Rooms were small and basic but guess that goes with the price. However, we left an item and returned for a few days later. There seems to be no way the front desk people to contact the cleaning crew to see if an item was discovered. Instead -- we had to find a web page, submit a form and wait a few days for a response. Even though were in town for 2 days - it took longer and now we can only ship the item at a cost of 60 USD. Tell me why, hotel staff are not allowed to communicate with each other?????

Adequate. Slightly awkward communications. We only found the coffee on day 2 and some fellow travellers never found the breakfast they paid for. Again awkward to drag our suitcases over the cobblestone streets

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and just as pictured. The breakfast was excellent. And the bike rental was super easy and affordable. Making it very nice to ride around the city and explore. 10/10 would highly recommend

it was quiet, rooms fine, not large but enough. breakfast was fine for a cold buffet and good value. lockers for baggage were too small to store our stuff, but the staff kept it behind the desk for us.

Really good for the price, my AC did not work very well, but it was during a heat wave. Breakfast was the same everyday, but otherwise, really nice efficiency place. I enjoyed my stay.

Clean but quite small room with good view for trainspotting. Basic Scandinavian furnishings with a bathroom pod within the room. Good breakfast but with no hot food (if that is required?). Restaurant only offers breakfast. The central facilities were not inspiring with a good lounge but little else available. Some basic snacks and drinks from reception but the staff seemed uninterested in serving. (I gave up!)
