Fantastic
We loved our stay. We stayed in the ocean view room with the most stunning beach in front of. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms need a bit of TLC but we concentrated on the positive rather then negative and there is so much positives at this place. Staff are amazing,friendly and welcoming. Plenty of activities, night entertainment. The only problem was that we didn't stay longer

Fantastic
Staff were excellent. The owner of the property could put in an effort to maintain of upgrade some things. But overall, it was a peaceful experience. Highly recommended.

Definitely in need of some modern updates. Bedding, quality of the mattress and access to hot water were areas in need of improvement. Not having WiFi access in rooms, a TV or even a phone to connect with the front desk are issues as well. Food quality and service at the restaurant isn’t great. AC had issues too. Bed bugs possibly.

Stayed with kids

Just wonderful staff and a very nice resort unfortunately it was windy and overcast most of the week we were there. Snorkeling was ok but the coral looks to have taken a battering and while we sa fish every time we went out they were sparse rather than abundant. Restaurant had good service but food was average. A nice break though

Property very shabby and dirty. Food disgusting some looked like slops and cold. No first aid kit at resort or defib. Linen very old and worn. The housekeeping staff were helpful but front of desk very lazy. The laundry you wouldnt wash your cat in there.

Absolutely revolting. The food was inedible (with bugs in meals!). Pool slide didn't work half the time (many many kids ended up with split heads from this slide)No sauna as advertised. Only 1 restaurant open. Half the group had no water / no hot water. Very very slow service for drinks and food. The activities were also a let down. The tie dying we booked in for 5 days later as they needed supplies the morning of they still didn't have, once we were told it was good to go they still didn't have what we needed. The school tour is a 2km each way walk along the side of the main road, not ideal with small children!! The boat tour was terrifying, we weren't listened to when we asked if we could go back as it was dangerous conditions. The fire walking was the biggest let down, running across a main road in the dark to watch 4 men stand on 1 hot rock a couple of time, nothing like the fire walking entertainment ive experienced in fiji before. We love fiji but will never stay at Hideaway again.
