Location is unbeatable, next to cathedral and old town. Great facility, very clean, breakfast also very good. The only small issue is that the bathroom sometimes has a little bit smell.

Parking in general is very complicated in Spain, this hotel has very convenient and secure parking lot. It is paid parking. The room we got had the view to apartments right next to it, I could not open my curtains because you looked right into the apartment. I requested an upgrade and was told to come back next morning to see if anything was available. When asked about the Expedia offer to upgrade without a cost, they say they could not. I was also offered a bottle of wine when making my reservation, asked about it, it never arrived. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located. The cleaning staff is wonderful.

Staff was super helpful and just amazing and our experience was first class. Room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Parking is as shown in the street view. It is a car elevator that goes to below ground secure parking.

The staff was wonderful. My wife twisted her knee touring the town and they were very helpful, making reservations, bringing ice for the knee, etc. The location is great, across a narrow street from the beautiful cathedral. We drove to the hotel and the underground parking was very convenient. The room wasn’t large but very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great. All in all a great experience.
