Stayed with kids

This hotel is an excellent place to stay because the service and staff are amazing. The front desk staff, receptionists, and breakfast team were all friendly, attentive, and very helpful. I felt that this is a family-friendly hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices. I am really happy with my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This is the PERFECT hotel for the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain experience. Be SURE to book a room with a view of both. We stayed in the 06 tier which I think was the best available view. We loved sitting at our window watching the light and water shows.

Good hotel with good location. Was extremely disappointed as when we arrived as checkin time was 3pm , we didn’t get our room till 6 pm. A waste/loss of 3 hrs. Tried calling Expedia , who are not interested in helping or calling a customer once you have paid . As for the Hotel , priority is given to locals who are checking in than the visitors. As locals were coming in and without much delay they would get their rooms. Very bad service from Expedia
