Fantastic
Me and my fiancé had a wonderful experience. The location was very nice. Right in the middle of the action. The only thing I would say is that the property could be maintained a little better. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very helpful and super friendly.

Perfect combination of extremely walkable central Location , friendly staff , great breakfast and bar. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Riga after staying here for seven nights .

Fantastic
This is an outstanding hotel. The staff are exemplary. They greet you upon entry and exit. They address any question you have. If you need help they will provide it. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in hotel. The bedroom was very well furnished and comfortable. The location is within the old town area, within short walking distance of of all the main attractions. The food and drink options in the hotel are excellent. There are many places to eat and socialise near the hotel, in a wide range of prices and types of food. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that we did not want to leave at the end of the holiday! If I am ever back in Riga this is the hotel we will be staying in!

Fantastic
This is a superb hotel imo. The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. It is in the Old Town so the sights of Riga are all easily walkable. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in close proximity to the hotel. However, the hotel itself has a Michelin * restaurant (excellent food - we dined there one evening). The hotel also has a very comfortable bar area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is certainly NOT a 5-star hotel. 1. Rooms are outdated & dirty. 2. A parrot lives in the dining room and freely roams where there are dishes and open food on the tables. 3. Smoking is allowed in the indoor bar causing the hotel to smell like cigarettes. 4. We were woken up every morning at 5:30am due to loading/unloading of the hotel’s laundry truck. 5. The hotel staff was unhelpful and the hotel layout was uncomfortable/strange. Do not recommend. Please stay elsewhere.
