Here’s a concise version: Very disappointing experience. I booked and paid for a Corner Room, but the hotel never gave me the room I reserved. Instead, they kept saying they were giving me a “better room,” which I never asked for. The first room was dirty and smelled bad, and the second room they moved me to was even worse. I spoke with the manager, but he refused to honor my reservation or provide a refund. I expected much better service from a hotel like The Marmara Taksim. I would not stay here again.

Highly recommend this hotel , very good location, access to every thing, Very clean rooms Very polite staff & the best customer service The best food we ever tried specially room service food. Breakfast was wonderful buffet & yummy! We got 2 rooms nxt to each other with Bosphorus view & we really enjoyed our stay We tried hotel’s hair salon & they did amazing job Getting it through Hotels.com was cheaper than direct from the hotel. Highly recommend Hotels.com

Staff was not helpful specially trying to get to the hotel. All access was blocked by police. We called the hotel and asked for help but got nothing. They basically said we are on our own. We had to wait 3 hours in the street during hot weather
