Location is strategic, good and near to Indomart convenience store, shopping malls, supermarkets and a lot of eateries and cafes. This hotel is so far the best for me and the staffs are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu is awesome and delicious! Beddings and toilets are all clean, equipped with tea, coffee, mineral water. Room service is awesome too!! Highly recommended hotel if you are planning to Batam :)

Definitely not an international 4star hotel, but maybe 3+ stars. Location is good, next to the mega shopping mall. Hotel is bit old. Guilts and pillows are old, but toilet is clean. Small tv and only one UK power plug and more EU. Breakfast is good with more local food. Room size is normal and price is accessible as it includes breakfasts for 2 persons.

Nice to have complimentary xmas mini cakes & kueh & fruit platters. 2 packs of snacks and orange juice in fridge also complimentary. Spacious and clean bathroom. Phone is faulty but promptly fixed after feedbacked to receptionist. TV got nice hongkong movie channel. breakfast spread is good with alot of varieties of Indonesian and chinese cuisine.

Great! Very close to the mall and walking distance to the many massage joints in the vicinty. Took the early ferry and could check-in at 12pm instead of the standard 2pm.

The location of the hotel is near the Nagoya Hill Mall. Access to the mall would be more convenient via the 2nd floor linkway. Room cleanliness was reasonably good and I have a good sleep throughout my stay. Breakfast spread not spectacular.
