Room was clean & modern. Breakfast was included, which was nice. Coffee & tea available in the room, along with facial tissue. Staff was very helpful. Convenient location.

Brilliant location, for a short walk down into the old town, the shopping mall and train station on your doorstep for airport and Auschwitz travel, and lots of tram stops outside which we used for an event at the Tauron arena. Nice bar for drinks and good breakfast.

The location is perfect, especially if you expect to be using any rail travel as it is only 5 minutes walk from the main station. train in from the airport is easy. Also on the edge of the Old town which is all walkable. Main tram lines pass nearby. Breakfast was excellent, perhaps a bit more variety would be required for longer stays. An excellent modern hotel.

The hotel overall was good, and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and the bed definitely comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the location was wonderful - just across from the train station and a short walk from the old town and market.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and tastefully decorated. Good buffet breakfast and very convenient for central Krakow. Just be careful not to trip over the stone threshold at the door of the room! We have stayed here several times and would be happy to do so again.
