Staff not welcoming. Not enough coffee or water. Noise from room next door at 4am. Yelling, screaming, we couldn't sleep. Shame on you.

Grand Beach Hotel is an unpretentious hotel, but I always go there whenever I visit Israel and Tel Aviv. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good and the hotel is conveniently situated for shopping, public transport and the beach

From our room, there was an amazing view of the beach, easy access to main areas and the beach, buffet breakfast had many options. Wifi was generally OK and could be accessed from the rooftop pool area, that also had plenty of shade to avoid the hot sunshine.
