Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Best option near the station.

Commençons par les bons points : - l'accueil de Valeria a tout simplement été parfait. Elle a pris le temps d'expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait savoir y compris le fonctionnement de la clim ; - le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement succulent. Il est composé de produits de qualité que ce soit en version sucré ou en version salé. - la chambre donnait sur l'arrière de l'établissement et elle était très calme Passons maintenant au point à améliorer : - la taille de chambre 201 est tout simplement minuscule ; - l'arrière de la télé avec bras dépliant était très poussiéreux ; - il n'y avait pas de bureau alors qu'ils ont été possible d'installer une tablette à gauche du portant. Je ne sais pas si je retournerai dans cet établissement en tout cas pas dans une chambre simple.

Discovered this literally brand-nee hotel – which had only been open five days – when our Eurostar was cancelled and we had to find last-minute hotel accommodation overnight. Couldn't have been more satisfied; reception were delightful despite the sudden influx of unexpected bookings, the rooms were immaculate and while compact, had everything we needed with supremely comfortable beds and good soundproofing. Bathroom was a tight fit for a man of 6'3" but perfectly serviceable. Some light pollution from the hallway but still had a great night's sleep. Very good price (£140) and couldn't be more convenient for Gare du Nord being barely even 5 minutes away. Recommend wholeheartedly and will definitely stay again!
