This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe.

It's just 3kms away from the hussel and bussle of Baga / Calangute but it's so serene and peaceful. The pool area is decorated like the 70's hippy.. Love it.. We're definitely going again when we visit Goa

Fantastic

Solo stay

The entire staff at Presa di Goa is so fantastic, helpful and very genuine. I was having Wifi and connectivity issues in my room as soon as I arrived, and they immediately got me a new router, so that my Zoom calls could go smoother. In addition, they outfitted a professional light in my room, so that all my calls were well-lit! The owner personally took me out to dinner one night, outside the premises and treated me to a meal with alcohol. The other owner, when he arrived from France during my stay, personally got involved to help me plan a farewell pool party for all my Goa friends on their property. I am SO blown away by the service, the food, the cleanliness and the upkeep of this property that I don't plan to stay ANYWHERE else in Goa during future trips. Thank you Edouard, Judas, Cynthia and Rajesh for making my stay so memorable and making me feel like family! I miss you guys already...

Great
Lovely service and family feel type of hotel. The pillows were dirty and I asked them to be changed, and they were changed promptly. They offer free beach shuttle which is amazing. Its a little bit tucked away and lack of local amenities but really good location in between baga and calangute beaches thanks to free shuttle. It was my first time in goa and I really enjoyed it.

Fantastic
Great little hotel located in Saligao, the staff are really helpful and always prompt. The room was kept neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good too but the kitchen could do with an upgrade. There are not too many restaurants around the vicinity and a decent restaurant would have been amazing. That aside, I recommend this hotel.

Good

The hotel is in a lovely converted bungalow , pretty prints and furniture and nice albeit cold (in Jan) pool. We were in the Marigold room with a verandah and clean bathroom although there was a lot of dust in corners everywhere. Our room had a small alcove which had its own door and window in which the TV was fixed. Initially the manager told us we did not have access to that room but had to watch TV through the window from our room! after explaining that this was ridiculous he reluctantly came upstairs and prised the door open with a screwdriver. This unfortunately is the ongoing theme regarding service, any request is initially met with a NO. During our two night stay there was loud construction work going on very loud drilling etc and we were traveling with our three year old. Request for a room change was first met with a no and then after some pressure they said they would make up a room for us in the bungalow on the other side of the pool. Which we finally could not switch to because it was musty and damp smelling. Food was below average we were actually served burnt Moussaka, Breakfast was measly too and served very late despite telling them we had an early start. Altogether very morose and disappointing and we are easy customers. Surprised by all the good reviews.
