We are family of 5. Requested for connecting room for 5D4N, paid extra SGD $100. Requested for conversion power plug and saying I can only get 1 pc even I have two rooms and paid $900++. The phone within rooms are very old type. The customer service can’t see the room number. If you never tell them, you will have to wait and wait till you call them and they said they forgot to ask your room number. Waiting game. Old system. The massage lady in high heels and heavy make up was very angry face as I requested to massage 1 hour and I asked if she is not feeling comfortable with me or angry else we can just cancel the massage. Maybe she expected a guy from the way she wears and make up. She suddenly turn very nice. Given her tips. The safety box battery is flat. Can’t use. The fridge is not cold. I told them, they changed for me. The food is quite nice. The lift waiting time are long. Small lift and small waiting area for guests who want to go up and down. In conclusion, 4-5 stars are overrated. 3 stars are okay. Won’t be recommending to relatives. Thanks
