3世代で行きましたが　また3世代で行きたいと思う宿です。 どのスタッフの皆さんも愛想良くて好感が持てました。 料理は品数多い、無料の飲み物、無料アイス、温泉どれも素晴らしかったです。 癒されました。ありがとうございました。

リーニューある語ということで館内が明るくきれいなのはよかったが部屋のドアがスムーズに開閉できず鍵も使いにくかったのが不便だった。 スタッフの皆さんの対応はフロントやレストラン（洗い場の方を含め）明るく親切でよかった。 肝心の温泉については源泉かけ流しでないのは仕方がないとしても朝方の風呂で湯船に湯が流れていない？（夜中にたまったまま状態？）なのは寂しい気がしてとても残念に感じた。

フロント、バイキング食事スタッフは対応がとても良かった 部屋のトイレ便座裏が汚れていたしドライヤーコードがグチャグチャになっていた 部屋が寒かった、カメムシが頻繁に出た
