I loved my stay in this hotel. Tokushima is a quaint town, and this hotel sits near enough the city center. A short 10-15 minute walk to the main station, but there are bus stops near the hotel. It faces Mt. Bizan so if you're lucky enough to get a room facing the mountain, you have a wonderful view every morning. The rooms are just right for a solo traveller given that Japanese hotel rooms are known to be on the smaller side. There is no clothes cabinet, but there are wall hooks with hangers. There's a desk with ample space and a small fridge and a TV. The breakfast buffet is very very delicious and served by the most adorable Grannies 🫶 Check-in and Check-out processes were very fast because you can do it yourself via the machine. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. I also appreciated how much they tried to communicate well in English. 100/10 would recommend.
