We enjoyed our time in Bratislava. The property is in a really good location. The check in was smooth once we worked out how to call reception from the intercom.
The room was as described although we had to ask for a sheet for the extra sofa bed. The bathroom and kitchen area were suitably equipped. There was a nice touch of a lounge area with free tea and coffee but the laundry was in a separate room and cost extra (we had thought it was in the room but maybe we read the listing wrongly).
Overall good but a couple of small issues. The rooms are only surface clean, there is lots of dust in the corners on radiators etc and the floors didn’t seem that clean. Also the pillows on the beds are poor and well used offering little support. These are only minor things and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our window was towards the street. It seems that there was graduation and people were gathering in the square until early hours of the morning. We still gad a good night sleep, but it was a bit noisy. Otherwise, the receptionists were eager to help, nothing was too much for them, gave us a great advice on the local area. Very helpful.

Both ladies at reception were rude, not friendly at all, not willing to help. Don’t think it’s a cultural thing as everyone else I met that worked in hospitality was lovely.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it was so hard and it creaked loudly each time you moved. I could also hear the bed in the next room. I had a double bed but a single duvet. I had to try and lie on the duvet to make the mattress bearable. I asked both receptionists at different occasions for another duvet and one didn’t respond and the other just said “no, we are full” without even checking. No mirror in the room, only the bathroom. Good location.

The property was clean and within proximity to city center and international bus station. We were able to store safely our luggage before check in. The staff spoke English and tried to assist with transportation and activities.

The location is excellent. However, the room was not particularly clean. There was water damage in the room, the fridge was quite dirty, the room needed a deeper clean.
