this hotel is sooooo nice, staffs like Gu at the reception and all the staffs there are very kind and helpful. Thought us how to get to the places we want to go and it is close to everything, dotonbori and other places is easy accessible. Thank you all to the staffs there, the food for breakfast is 10 star for us. we enjoyed it sooooo much. we will recommend your hotel to our friends!

From what I noticed at the hotel, it was clean, although the room I took was small, but it was beautiful and cute. The staff were very kind and very accommodating. If I have the chance and visit Osaka again, I will return to that HOTEL.

the price was affordable for a 6night stay for 2. easy access to the train station and the few walks away from the shopping district. there were a few restaurants near it for dining.

Overall a good hotel near Dotonbori street. We were suprised though that we needed to pay tax during our checkin. We thought everything is paid for when we booked the room. Recommendation for the staff to be more assisting or warmer since during our stay, conversation with them was very transactional.
