Below average
I had booked two rooms and got them confirmed by Expedia. When we arrived they told us that no rooms were available (without further explanations). We had to book another hotel. Later I asked for the refund, but first they refunded only one room. Not recommended!

Room 14- family room. No air con. Our room was absolutely boiling and the only concession the to 37 degree heat was a freestanding tower fan on the corner. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. No outdoor furniture (which the other rooms in our row all had) and as our room as too hot to sit in we had to fetch beach towels from the car to sit in the grass. There was a kettle but no cups, sugar or milk. Restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was excellent.

We were very disappointed with our stay. On the bright side it is good value and the breakfast was good. On the negative the room was very hot as it is in the attic, it is dated from 1980's, the pool is small and a bit murky. the loungers ned a clean.The reception didn't tell us the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings. And the room was smaller than booked - the room for 5 people does not apparently exist.
