I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Vincci Bit Barcelona. From the moment I arrived, the reception experience did not feel welcoming, and the staff attitude was poor. When I tried to raise and resolve an issue, I felt ignored and did not feel that there was much willingness to listen or help. The room itself also did not meet my expectations and felt below the standard I would expect from this type of hotel. The pillows were far too soft and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was frustrating due to the lack of customer service and the room comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Nothing short of perfect as per usual! I have my entire team stay here each year and it’s always wonderful.

I stayed at Vincci Bit Barcelona with my sister during our trip from the UK, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were polite, friendly, professional, and very helpful at any time of the day or night. Whenever we called reception and asked for something, they responded quickly. We needed a charging cable and they kindly brought us a charger. We also asked for an iron and ironing board, and they provided them straight away. The hotel itself is very creative and thoughtfully designed. It does not feel like just a place to sleep at night. From the wall designs to the lobby and the artistic details around the hotel, you can clearly see the taste and effort behind the space. It makes guests feel valued and respected. I especially loved the beautiful sentences written on the elevator mirrors. They genuinely made us smile in the mornings. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh, and high quality. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to buses, metro, tram, and taxis, which made exploring Barcelona much easier. Barcelona itself was amazing, but this hotel, its staff, and its service made our trip even more memorable. We enjoyed a nice stay here for a couple of nights. Clean and comfortable rooms with fun amenities like the rooftop pool and sauna! The staff was helpful and professional. But I think the pillows here were next level. Best pillow I’ve ever used.

A very eclectic hotel. If you're looking for old town Europe feel, this isn't it. The rooms were large, but the AC was working over time to keep the room at a comfortable temp on the 4th floor. Breakfast (if not included is expensive) with not a lot of variety for hot items. Staff is polite and fun. The manager/bartender in the hotel bar made us an off menu margarita that we were really craving, and was off menu. Very much appreciated. Pool was freezing, but that's to be expected the beginning of May I suppose. The pool bar also was not open unfortunately. Lounge chairs would have been nice to lay in even if not swimming or drinking by the bar. Great location so close to the beach and large mall.

Best breakfast we have ever had!!

The location is about a 25 minute train ride from the city central, however the train is easily accessible, about 4 blocks. Excellent location if you visit in the summer because the beach is about 4 blocks away. The hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. The bar drinks were expensive ($18) for Spain standards. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.
