The hotel and amenities are amazing! Easy check-in, staff was attentive and very helpful. The location was great close proximity to museum, sites, and the train was in walking distance. The rooms are exceptional, everything you will need for your stay and more.

We spent 6 days there. The breakfast was wonderful. Ivan was the breakfast greeter and he was just magnificent. We did not have a/c in our unit. We asked about it day one. They said no technician there but would send them up the next day. They did put fans in our room. Continued to ask about tech, we did not have a/c the entire time. Our room temp stayed around 78-80. They did comp the drinks we drank out of the mini fridge. Location was great to so many things.
