Shower is terrible. Breakfast was good. So much noise at night from cleaning staff moving their carts to elevators

The lady who attended the breakfast room very nice, the front desk very helpful and specially with my husband in the medical scoters they were very patient. Thank you I recommend it very highly

Great hotel and sweet and kind staff. The rooms are very clean and nice. The only thing missing was an electric kettle so I could enjoy a cup of tea in my room.

The staff was super helpful when we checked in we asked for a room fan because the room seemed hot the night we checked in and they promised they would track one down and before we knew it they had tracked one down for us and it made the room, splendid! The next morning, we thought we had breakfast paid for, but we realize midway through that we had not reserved it when we made the reservation and they were so kind to us and made sure that there was not a problem. The staff that prepared the breakfast and took care of our needs while we ate were just amazing! The buffet and the amenities that came with it were very good! The location was close to everything that we ever wanted to see, and that made it one of our most popular locations that we have visited! The shared bathrooms were cleaned and orderly, and always had clean linen available to us whenever we needed. I recommend it highly because we felt safe, it was well lit, the staff was gracious and kind, and the beds were very comfortable! We hope to see you again soon.

The hotel needs to renovate some finishes, like the carpet that has about more than 30 years and is not healthphy. Arquitect Wenceslao Lugo

The hotel was clean, the staff professional and helpful in finding restaurants and sights. The hotel was very conveniently located a block from the train, which was helpful after an 8 hour flight!

Great location next to the station. Rooms were modest but comfy. Would have loved a kettle!

A terrible experience with this book. I booked two nights stay but I just take a look the room and immediately out because the room has only one window and this window face to trash can collection field, the bad smell in whole room, no air condition. Please imagine what the situation when you flight long time and how you can stay there. I tried to upgrade the room, No luck. I return the room key after check-in 1 hour, and told the hotel’s staff, I am check out. I chatted with Expedia, no refunds because the hotel staff told Expedia that the hotel system showed NO CHECK OUT, lying. I have other hotel book receipts same day and check in time can prove where I stayed.
