Their check in process is awful and they really don’t care if you have trouble. I would NEVER suggest this hotel and won’t stay there again!

Solo stay

I never received the access code within 24 hours of check in as mentioned on the website. I arrived in Germany, took a long train to HBF and waited at the door without an accesws code after 3 messages to the property requesting this code. I had to call the emergency number which finally got me the code to open the outside dood and to get into my room. I never received a response through email/text with this code so I am very disappointed.

AC was good to have during heatwave. Close to train station and subways. Close to city center. Quiet and a good place to sleep. You need to have a code to enter building and your room. The hotel was better than expected.

Had a reservation, and didn’t receive the email with the self check in instructions. The staff hung up on me and never answered the phone again. Had to get a different hotel.

Stayed with family

Super location!! Literally feet from the train station entrance. Also close and walkable to Old Town shops, restaurants and Marienplatz. Room was clean and thankfully, being a hot June visit, air conditioning. It has a feel of a private hostel (own room and bathroom). Also has elevator, good for lugging bags upstairs. If you just want a clean room to crash in, this is perfect!!

Well maintened, well equipped place. Rooms are small but functional and spotless clean. I wish I knew lockers to store luggage aren't free but 7 euro per locker per 3 hours in 3 hour in rements. It gets quite expensive to store luggage there
