Great location, friendly staff.

The young woman that performed the housekeeping responsibilities on my floor (8th floor), I believe her name is Yessica, was wonderful. She did an excellent job every time that we asked for service. That goes a long way when staying at a hotel. She's a gem for the hotel.

Hotel PF, Mexico City — 8 nights, ~$50/night Great location in Zona Rosa, close to the metro and bus station, walkable to bars and restaurants. That’s the main draw. Check-in was easy and the bellhop was genuinely helpful, but front desk staff spoke limited English and never explained amenities (no free breakfast, one key card only). The building is aging. Small room, rust on the ceiling, sink and toilet valves that won’t fully shut off unless cranked hard, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No mini fridge, microwave, or kettle. Thin walls. The AC is an old analog unit that only really works on “High,” and it leaked from the ceiling twice during my stay, once flooding the closet area. First time, maintenance fixed it in about 40 minutes after a confusing phone transfer. Second time, phone support kept looping me back to a front desk that wouldn’t pick up, so I had to go down in person and push for a fix since no other room was available. Overall: an okay budget stay for the price and location, but the plumbing and AC issues were a real hassle. Next time I’d pay more for something more reliable.

Highly recommended! Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious too. Great value for money—would definitely come back!

A week family vacation and we liked everything especially the cleaning staff

Hotel was ok, staff was rude to say the least, they’ll flat out ignore guests. Breakfast was 2/5. Location is a huge plus. The hotel is definitely old, but the bed and sound proofing made a good nights sleep.
