Check in went very smoothly. The bed was a giant circle which was fun but also a little unexpected. This was definitely a small suite, and the view of the Eiffel Tower felt underwhelming. The sink was clogged so we had to pull the stopper out of the drain. Some of the outlets didn’t work so we had to charge phones across the room on the floor. There was a weird gray stain on the sheets but it seemed pretty clean inside. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their flexibility and kindness with us.

Great hotel in close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations. Perfect base to explore Paris whilst also being fairly quiet given its location. Rooms are large, especially for Paris and have AC which was a must during our stay as the temperature was 33/34 degrees. Would highly recommend staying here for a trip to Paris and would return myself in the future.

Really liked this hotel. Great location - close to the metro and near lots of good eating and shopping, but tucked into a quiet neighborhood, so also quiet and peaceful. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was small but clean, pretty and comfortable. I never ate the breakfast in the hotel - no need as more pricey and many options nearby.

My son and I stayed here for 5 wonderful days. This hotel was immaculate. It was in a perfect location, staff was so kind and helpful including, Christine, Melissa and Enzo ( on eve shift) Wonderful staff I would stay here again tomorrow. I highly recommend

Solo stay

They were amazing and very helpful at the front desk. I did run into a plumbing issue that took two days to get resolved. It also looks like they were doing construction, there were ladders and tools in the hallways along with bags of items. The room was very clean and the linens and towels were impeccable. I also paid for an airport pick up. Which went smooth.
