Oteldeki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Her konuda bize destek oldular ve kendimizi çok rahat hissetmemizi sağladılar. Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz.

L'hotel black pearl est une extension de l'hotel black tulip. Les employés sont géniaux. L'emplacement est idéal. Seul bémol, vu que c'est une extension on se doit de se rendre au black tulip pour le petit déjeuner mais c'est vraiment un détail. C'est à 5m. Le tram, les visites importantes, l'ambiance, les bazars, tout est à proximité

مكان الفندق ممتاز .. الجناح المزدوج غرفه صغيرة وأصغر من باقي الغرف .. المصعد صغير .. الإفطار متوسط المستوى بالمقارنة مع فنادق اسطنبول الأخرى .. الموظفون متعاونون .. جيد للإقامة لفترة قصيرة فقط .. يوجد تحته صرفات آلية ومحل لصرف العملة

Had a bad experience.we were given double bed in hotel for two men.we ask for two single bed.they moved us next door second floor.lift did not work.staff not polite.no hot water some time.breakfast not good.i will not advice to book with them .
