Fantastic
Love going to Iririki resort always good ,staff are wonderful . Great place to relax and do nothing or do all the activities the island has to offer. Short boat ride to the main land.

Fantastic
My review is for the ocean view apartment. The biggest compliment for a business is repeat business and now my fourth stay at Iririki. So pleasant out on the balcony taking in sunset or ships moving in the harbour. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. A quick walk around the island before breakfast is great.

Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again. We had another four days in Vanuatu and moved rather than sought to extend.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great but a little pricey. If you are elderly or have health issues make sure your accommodation is on the lower areas of the property as a lot of the rooms are high on the hill with steep access paths in areas.

We booked a “PREMIUM” over water bungalow. We had numerous problems unfortunately. - No bottled water provided upon arrival and expensive to purchase at the restaurant. - No laundry service - Multiple power outages with no hot water, no air con, no phone - Problems with wifi and no tv sometimes - Basin water blocked - Room service forgetting to replace coffee and glasses - Expensive food and drinks with complimentary breakfast sometimes running out of some food options - Snorkelers cove gave no advice on where to snorkle, and we both almost got run over by boats. Just a simple instruction to guests where to snorkle would be safer.

We were a family of 4 and stayed in a Penthouse suite overlooking the water. The view is absolutely amazing. Sunrise and Sunset are divine. The Snorkeling deck is a few mins walk close to the rooms. Basketball, Tennis, Pickle Ball , Pool, Table Tennis were all good. There are 2 large pools - Infinity and Sunset pool. Sunset pool is family friendly. The food is decent (not exceptional) and costs $60 per adult and $30 per child for dinner. Dinner is either a buffet or A La Carte depending on the night. Lunch is A La Carte. Breakfast typically included in the package. Ferry runs all the time, no wait during the day. The Thai Massage/ Restaurant on the mainland is the best food along with Waterfront Restaurant which has music in the evenings.

This review is about lack of communication, poor management - poor customer service. This is in no way a reflection on the beautiful Vanuatu staff at all. We unfortunately were on the island during the fire event which was an emergency event and we were moved to another hotel for 2 nights and then back to Iririki. The issue was there was no communication that a fire had occurred. No communication about what was happening - we were told to stand in a line and wait to find out where we going. We still hadn’t been told there was a fire or we were being evacuated. We were then made to pay our room tab prior to being booked into emergency accommodation. Only once our account was settled was a hotel organised. Most phone calls/emails/whatsapp messages went unanswered. No info given about returning. On return power went out again. On and off over next couple of days. Compensation was essentially refused in terms of refund of price difference from room type booked v room supplied - time wasted - cancelled arrangements/plans -lied to face to face by management. We did get offered dinner and a massage as comp but on check out this was on bill. then had to wait to speak to the manager who was on a day off to get approved again. So out of 6 days- 2 days wasted - 1.5 days of a 3 day car hire wasted - hours spent arguing with managers. Spent the best part of 4 days in tears. Great way to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and retirement celebration.

Our spa room was a little tired however it was immaculately cleaned daily and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Could not fault the wait staff at the bar and restaurant. Nothing was a problem.

A solid 3 star resort. Below par in a lot of things to include having mould in the rooms and poor bedding. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken. We asked for a room change and still found the same issue such as broken fixture, mould and the bedding had an odour and lets not talk about the wifi. The island is beautiful thought with great staff and the food was good.
