Was great experience to stay at Westin Rusutsu Resort. Perfect accommodation, and excellent service. Food is good at restaurant and massage was amazing.

The hotel staff and the restaurant staff were all extremely friendly and they were very helpful with all of my requests and questions. I would highly recommend staying at the resort and eat at the restaurants.

It’s the best ski in out hotel in japans Everyone is pleasant .food is unbelievable. Rooms are clean and spacious.so comfortable. There is a strong need for a special lane pass for hotel guest in the ski field as people that don’t stay in the hotel clog up the lines first thing of the morning
