A nice hotel, staff were welcoming. Room was lovely but hot and marble stairs down into the bathroom and out of shower were a concern. Food at the trattoria was lovely.

The properties that make up the hotel are inside the medieval walled city ares sumptuous in beauty and comfort. The staff made us feel like treasured guests and always had a smile and a kind word. We celebrated a friend's 60 birthday here and could not have been happier!

I really enjoyed the staff nothing but exceptional, friendly, and willing to help and share their guidance. My major complaint would be - I didn’t like that some clients staying at the hotel would take ownership of the limited tanning beds around the pool, save them with placing a towel on top and leaving the pool area for several hours limiting those staying by the pool by not using such beds to tan and relax. I just think that’s a selfish and jerky move by the clients. Staff are very respectful and don’t say anything but there should be some common courtesy guidelines that if you leave for lunch or prefer to relax in the garden with more shade, you should take your damp towel with you and let others use the beds by the pool. That would be my major discontented with the hotel. The breakfast provided in the morning was phenomenal and the estate at Quirico is beautiful!

Very unique and relaxing property. There are a variety of lovely garden spaces to enjoy: a lounging area, patio area, seated area for lunch, pool area, spa-tub area. You can find shade from the hot sun or find areas if you’d like to be in full sun. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The only thing that would have made our night more restful would have been to have squishier, fluffier pillows on which to rest our heads. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant associated with this property. They offered a nice variety from which to choose. We thoroughly enjoyed massage therapy with Sarah, who was practiced in her craft and worked out all the kinks. The front desk staff was very helpful in answering any and all questions and guiding us with helpful recommendations and suggestions. Note: car parking is not near the hotel. You park down the hill, outside the city walls, and walk up. I only mention this because it could be a problem for guests with mobility issues. If you can fit your car through the city archway, you can drop your luggage off at the hotel door before you park.

A wonderful 2 day stay - Was not familiar with this town but Rita and staff, were incredibly helpful with guidance and restaurant selection- Only small drawback is the church bells ring every hour - thru the night -
