Fantastic The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were lovely and very clean. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever seen, very tasty. The hotel was very centrally located but very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great No A/C, so don’t get a room facing the street, because it gets noisy at night with the windows open. Fabulous breakfast. Fairly close to the train station

A well kept hotel, excellent location but around the hotel very peaceful. I stay generally in upper level chin hotels but this hotel through Expedia exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was good too.

hotel room is very small but nice and the room has fresh flowers. The best is their breakfast, can't say enough about it. you can order special coffee for free and they even has chocolates and special juices. The hotel location is also very very centralized, it closes to the central train station walking distance 12 min and all the city attractions -the harbour, the museum all within 20min ish walking distance and the the buses just minutes outside of the hotel.

We had a great time at Thon Hotel in Oslo during our vacation to Nordic countries. Room was super clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Close to public transport and all major attractions. Highly recommend 👌

GreatFor business
Pros: central location, really friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and nice on-site Italian restaurant. Also a lounge on a higher floor to work from.
Cons: travelling in summer and my room was opposite two busy pubs with people outside - so was quite loud until the early hours. I didn’t flag with the hotel and request a quieter room as didn’t want to pack up and unpack again but would recommend requesting quiet room in summer months. Also iron in room was dirty which could have stained clothing. They brought replacement when I flagged it.
