Stayed with family

Great place for the value. The biggest perk is the onsite Onsen. It’s small and there are designated times for men and women but definitely quite a treat. The rooms were comfortable and spacious for Tokyo standards highly recommend! Only negative for me were the lack of pillows in the room. You had to request more if you’d like.

It was perfect location near a donquijote that is less busy that the shibuya one, close to the best Starbucks reserve and I do t even like Starbucks but that was incredible and close to meguro river and Daikanyama. Just perfect

Solo stay

the facility only allows women to use hot spring daily from 3pm to 8pm. men can use hot spring from 830pm to next day 10am. it is not fare for female clients who can only use hot spring before 8pm. women can not use the hot spring next morning. I think they should allow female and male take turns so women can also use hot spring after 830pm and next morning every other day. they need to realize that women pay the same price to stay as men. women should be treated equally.

Old dated hotel, however they have free ice cream & instant noodles on limited time of evening. Onsen but we didn’t try. So far is ok of staying, average room size compared price to the other hotels in Tokyo. Opposite of hotel is big Starbucks coffee shop as worth to visit. Convenient Don store open 24 hours. Location is just ok from Shibuya station area.

Solo stay

The shower was a little small, but I went in the Onsen every day and took advantage of the spa. The location is incredible. Naka Meguro is my favorite neighborhood in Tokyo. The staff are very attentive & helpful, Everything is very clean. I’d have to give this hotel the highest rating.

The staff were not very kind, the breakfast options were awful, old building, felt kind of dirty. Stations were all pretty far to walk to.

Hotel was great and room was quite spacious. The staff was very kind and spoke English. The location of the hotel is great! Right next to the Starbucks Reserve and about a 25 minute walk to Shibuya Crossing.
