Extremely friendly and helpful multilingual staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Shuttle service available. Souvenir shop and complimentary ice cream, soda, tea.

Rooms consistently clean and well-maintained. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Large communal baths and hot spring facilities kept hygienic.

Nice stay with good onsen, perfect for families and young children. Buffet breakfast and dinner good but could do with some rotational options, first impressions of the outside of the hotel aren’t great like something out of the shining but inside is fairly modern some aspects still need modernising, overall pretty pleasent

Room was clean, although it did smell of smoke. This was my problem, as I booked a smoking room. Smorgasbord breakfast and dinner were fabulous - so much variety. Onsen was clean and not too busy, with pools of differing heat

Love the staff. They tried their best to speak English, and are extremely friendly. We got a few things from the souvenir shop, which was great to bring as gifts for friends and family. The room was spacious. I book a remodeled room but the bathroom seemed a bit outdated. The food was fine for what they had. The relaxation room was great with free ice cream, soda and tea. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.
