Loved my junior suite, well appointed, clean, quiet and efficient! The staff was attentive, very pleasant and helpful. I used the gym facilities, clean and nice. The buffet breakfast had an array of choice and was well prepared and satisfying! The location was superb, very close to Tivoli Gardens and the Glyptotek, and very close to Central train station and all public transit! I would not hesitate to stay at Locke again!

Beautiful

I got a one bedroom, and it was fantastic! It was very well appointed and laid out and very comfortable. And the staff without exception was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Great hotel in every way. Beautiful restaurant and bar, friendly and helpful staff and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it. One problem for me. The TV was on the wall along the side of the bed. If you sat on the edge of the bed the screen was less than a meter from your face and no back suport. There was plenty of room along the wall apposite the TV for a comfortable couch so a couple could sit and watch TV, or just relax, but there wasn't one. Maybe it's on order.

It advises on the app that there are amenities - when I arrived, staff advised no amenities are included. Room was ok, don’t think I will re book.

Excellent location

Fantastic location just a 5 minute walk from Central Station. Easiest way to find it if arriving by train is to NOT take escalator up into main station building but walk in the opposite direction AWAY FROM THE MAIN STATION along to the very end of the platform where there are stairs up to the road. Cross the road and the hotel is about 100m on the left hand side. Circular towers are very easy to spot but the Locke hotel signage is obscured by plants making it a bit tricky to find the entrance. We just asked at one of the shops and they pointed it out. Easy once you know! We asked for a quiet room on the non train side of the building and it was perfect. Could barely hear the trains. Very modern aesthetic. Typically Scandinavian small room but had everything we needed. Nice to have small kitchenette with full oven although not much in the way of cooking utensils. Lobby area is really nice, waited there for the room to be ready on our first day. Nice space to relax in. Hotel staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Highly recommended A+++

The studio’s amenities need work. For an accommodation with a kitchen, I was surprised to find it lacking a trashcan (beside the small one in the bathroom) and any utensils.

My one bedroom was roomy, and had everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond, helping me with, travel insights, tips on sightseeing, whatever questions I had. I great experience!
