初めてワンちゃんとの旅行で不安でしたが、スタッフの皆さん優しくて、犬連れのお客様とも交流ができ、楽しい旅行になりました。
朝のバイキングも美味しかったです。
館内もとても清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。

Fantastic 露天風呂付きお部屋に宿泊し愛犬と離れることなくゆっくりと過ごすことができました。フロントの方始め、すれ違うスタッフの皆さま心地よい対応をありがとうございました。レストランスタッフの方はどのわんちゃんにも優しくお声掛けしており素晴らしい対応だと思いました。
館内あちこちに豊富な犬用アメニティやマナーパンツの試供品、おやつに貸出しカート、フォトスポット等々があり大満足なお宿でした。また伺いたいと思います、お世話になりました。

犬のためのホテルで宿泊者、スタッフともにとても雰囲気が良く、楽しく過ごすことができました。3つあるドッグランも良かったです。お酒を飲む人にとっては、ドリンクバーのワインは最高で、宿泊者同士のコミュニケーションも楽しかったです。リピートします。

ペットを連れて初めての宿泊で不安もありましたがワンちゃんへの配慮が沢山あり驚きました。入口はもちろん色んなところにお手入れ道具など設置してあり非常に助かりました。
もっと驚いたのがレストランですが、スタッフの皆さんがワンちゃんに動じることなく配膳し仕事をこなしてる姿に感心しました。配膳がひと段落すると飽きてきたワンちゃんに声をかけてください大変助かりました。みなさんに感謝です。
