Loved our stay at Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka. The hotel felt very upmarket, with beautiful, comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. It was impressively quiet, making it easy to relax after busy days exploring the city. The location was great too, only about a 20-minute walk to Dotonbori. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka

Hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station and in the quieter financial district of town. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and the staff are friendly and speak good English. I found it odd that housekeeping did not come into our rooms to make the bed and empty the bins. I believe you gave to request this (I may have missed this info when checking in) but I think that this kind of service is a bare minimum in a hotel. We also had breakfast one morning and it was probably one of the worst spreads I have come across in any country. I would still recommend.

booked the dates separately as cheaper room was available before the last day, so remember to check. anyway breakfast was good but they are strict about timing, in house laundry machines were convenient too, download some app to use it

in a less busy neighbourhood, some convenience stores nearby, reasonable distance to subway, and best thing is the in-house onsen till late night

Amazing hotel room! A generous amount of space for me and a my huuuuge luggage. The room was also clean, aesthetic and pleasing. ——— Staff were helpful in forwarding my luggage to Tokyo which made my shinkansen commute hassle free! ——— I booked to have breakfast included. Their buffet selection was decent. ——— I would have loved to use their free public baths, but unfortunately felt a little shy to. On the topic of baths, their bath tubs are larger than what I've seen in for a Japanese hotel. 👍👍
